Solid Ground Bible Study Ministries is committed to excellence in serving all people with disabilities. Our premises are fully accessible.
Support persons – A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person may attend classes. Fees will not be charged for the support person.
Service animals – We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public.
Feedback process – Those who wish to provide feedback on how Solid Ground Bible Study Ministries provides services to people with disabilities can provide feedback here. You can expect to hear back in 2 business days. Complaints will be addressed according to our organization’s regular complaint management procedures.
